Tim Hale currently serves as executive director of the Star Valley Arts Council. A native of the Washington D.C. area, Tim moved to Afton with his wife, Kellie, and their children in 2016. Tim owns a financial planning business called Hale Financial Solutions, serves as chairman of the Lincoln County School District #2 Education Foundation, and enjoys being involved in a few other small business ventures. Tim enjoys reading, all-things-arts, exploring Wyoming’s great outdoors, exercise, and tracking down the best burger and fries in Star Valley.
Jennifer Wilkins serves as assistant executive director and has been in the Aerial Arts industry for 17 years. Within that time she has trained hundreds of students, studied kinesiology and biomechanics as well as holds several certifications in mobility and corrective training, created an instructor training program, opened and maintained one of the first aerial training facilities in Utah, has written published articles in several magazines about health and wellness, hosted and performed in several Aerial Arts showcases, and performed in countless events. She has made a name for herself within the Circus Arts industry and was hired for an international coaching job that was canceled due to Covid. She hopes to share her love of music and all things art with the Star Valley community.
Jennifer Gunter currently serves as treasurer and works as a legal assistant for Bailey, Stock, Harmon, Cottam, Lopez law firm.
